‘Innovation, environment and people’: Foz Vintage's strategy to distinguish itself in the real estate market.
The World Trade Centre, known simply as WTC Lisbon, is Foz Vintage’s best known and largest project. However, the promoter group of Porto - with head office at Rua São João da Foz - also has, in its final phase of reconstruction, an emblematic building in the heart of Porto facing Avenida dos Aliados and Rua do Almada, and an operating contract already entered into with Sonae Hospitality, for a five-star boutique hotel.
In an interview with idealista/news, Vasco Fonseca, COO of Foz Vintage, says that this is another project that represents the company’s principles in terms of quality. In this case, they transformed a hotel, initially a four-star hotel, into a five-star unit.
Foz Vintage's other project is the Alagoa Office & Retail Centre in Carcavelos. This building venture will house office spaces, commerce, restaurants and hotels. It is located in a residential area, next to one of the most prestigious universities in Lisbon, Nova SBE.
At what phase is the construction of the hotel at Aliados?
The hotel's construction at Aliados is carried out by Foz Vintage and exploited by Sonae Hospitality. This new building will preserve the facades, which represent the 1930s charm, highlighting the area where it is located while, at the same time, bringing comfort and quality to its visitors. It is scheduled to be completed after the summer, and it is currently in its finishing phase.
It will be a five-star boutique hotel, with a capacity for 68 rooms, which unique architectural features. It is located in one of the most emblematic areas of the city of Porto, facing Avenida dos Aliados and Rua do Almada.
