The Alagoa Office & Retail Centre is a set of buildings for offices, commerce, restaurants, and hotels. Despite being located in a residential area next to one of the most prestigious universities in Lisbon, Nova SBE, it reconverts an unoccupied and abandoned industrial area into an area of added value.
This project was considered by the Municipality of Cascais as one of the four strategic projects of the municipality for the next decade. Among the multiple points that give it character and distinguish it, we highlight the professionalism and technical solutions applied by our professionals, as well as the quality of construction and the materials that
make it possible to preserve the structure of the industrial roofs in the retail area.
The Alagoa Office & Retail Centre brings to life an area that needed to change, giving it a distinctive, modern, and elegant environment.
