Our connection to the land dates back from afar, from other generations that conveyed this liking for reaping what was sowed in the past. It is a lesson in patience that we learn from the rural experience and which we bear in mind every time we lay the first stone of a building because it takes time to see it rise from the ground, grow until it is ready to be used.
